All items will generally be shipped via USPS. The default shipping method will USPS priority mail with insurance. Depending upon destination, it may be possible that USPS first class package mail will provide the same service at a cheaper price. In those instances, I will refund the difference in shipping costs charged to the customer.
All items will be shipped in appropriate packaging to make every effort to protect the item(s) from the potential perils of shipping. If an item is damaged in the shipping process, the customer is asked to contact us directly at email@example.com. If contacted in this manner, I will discuss the potential options with the customer for replacement or refunds.
